REFUNDS
No refunds are permitted on the sale of digital products. All sales are final.
REPLACING A COURSE PURCHASED IN ERROR WITH ANOTHER LINE
If a Life & Health course was purchased in error of a Property & Casualty line course (or vice versa) we may offer a replacement providing no more than 30mins of the course has been consumed.
As of October, 25th 2025 we no longer offer course extensions at a discount. Whilst every effort is being made to remove all mentions of course extensions across our digital channels you may find it mentioned in older emails, the website or social media channels dated before October, 25th 2025.
